Meet our director
Our director and senior Clerk of Works Adam King is a chartered member of the CIOB with over 20 years experience of project management and inspections within the construction industry. Including new build, residential, commercial, refurbishment, alterations, extensions and remedial works. A full member of The Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (MICWCI), a fellow of the Association of Construction Quality Professionals (FACQP) and a member of The Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA Tech). NVQ Level 6 in residential management, SMSTS, CSCS Black card. Always striving to deliver outstanding project results for our clients and partners. Providing complete support from start to finish.
